Highly recommended Nutrition & Fitness Programme – get fit for job searching!

Date:          24th & 31st March, 7th, 14th, 28th April & 12th May

Time:         6.30pm

Venue:       Little Island, Sports Complex, Little Island, Cork

Programme includes:

  • Each participant receiving s a folder on 6th January which includes Healthy Diet & Lifestyle tips, Exercise tips and a health magazine.
  • A private 1:1 Personal Training session and full access to Kieran’s circuit classes throughout the programme plus  1 private 1:1 Nutritional Consultation(fill out questionnaire for this)
  • Lots of Simple healthy recipes and tips including sampling snacks and smoothies.
  • Recipes given out weekly for simple tasty main courses, smoothies, soups etc.  which will make you super healthy for 2014.
  • Weekly weigh in’s and print outs.
  • Participants keeping a food diary which Mary will monitor and discuss with people at their consultations.  This will help participants achieve their targets
  • Weekly Goals will be set each week.
  • A final Hamper will be given as a Prize for the overall winner.
  • Food intolerance testing also available at an extra charge.


  • Week 1, Mary & Kieran meet group of participants taking part (normally about 10-15

people) in this Nutrition, Health and Weight Loss Programme.

  •                Participants will be measured and weighed (weekly)and a print out from the Body

Fat Analyser Machine (same machine as on Operation Transformation) will be given  to  each person with details of BMI, Body Fat, Metabolic age, Visceral fat and much


  • Mary    will discuss the importance of balancing blood sugars”(body fuel) and

will explain to the group what this actually means.

  • Kieran  will discuss the importance of exercise and give simple tips on how to

exercise.  Kieran will also give details of the Circuit Classes that will be available

throughout the course.

Week 2- Week 6 Weekly weigh in’s plus print out given out.  Analysis of food diaries where

applicable, weekly goals set and recipes given out to help people become super

energised and healthy.
